I got on Angi for the first time, and asked about a water heater. Ours had just started leaking and was 12 years old. I got a call MINUTES later, with an appointment the next morning. Shane showed up the exact time his wife said he would. There was no 4 hour window or other nonsense. He also said our 32 yr old pressure valve had issues (probably causing the heater leak) and replaced that as well. Very quickly! We could have doctored the heater, but it was overdue to be replaced anyway. He did NOT pressure us into anything we didnâ t need, worked super fast, and was very nice and informative. He put up with my questions and hovering! I highly recommend Shane and Rocky Mountain Plumbing!

Shane was awesome to deal with and easy to communicate with. He didnâ t do a pressure sale when we installed an instant hot water heater, drainage for a shower and added an external drain clean out. He explained the process, cost and any problems that may occur up front. Was the easiest part of all the work to deal with. Was very friendly with my over helpful 12 year old explaining to him everything. In fact my son wants to now be a plumber when he grows up. Have nothing but the highest praise.

We did a whole house water filter, softener and RO under the sink. Shane went the extra mile and even ran a additional line to the refrigerator to have filtered/RO water for the ice Maker as well. The work was so good and reasonably priced that we hired him to finish all the plumbing in our basement as well as add a tankless water heater.. BEST SERVICE EVER!
