"JOCO converted our garage into a mother-in-law apartment. As part of this they put in a new floor, a full bath, walled in where the garage doors were located, and installed new HVAC ductwork and vents. The original venting in the main part of the house is in the flooring, but JOCO installed the vents in the ceiling, which works much better. I've worked with JOCO multiple times over the years. They do great work, and are great to work with too. To the point that I have recommended them to friends and neighbors who have home projects requiring professional help."
