I can't say enough about what a wonderful job they did to remove and do some tree trimming. From start to finish they displayed safety, caution, and carefulness while working close to my home. They took great care to protect the grass and other shrubs they were working close to. Watching these guys work as a team was a joy to behold. They also worked with me on the price but made sure I was completely satisfied before they left the job. The yard was picked up and blown free of sawdust and any limbs and they completely cleaned up the curb and street before leaving the job site. They were working in my neighborhood and I asked for a quote to remove tall pines from my backyard. The price was amazing and they did the job the next morning - fair, honest, great work. I recommend them highly.

They did a wonderful job removing 2 trees. They came immediately to give me a quote and did the work 2 days later. They were professional and courteous. They worked quickly, but safely. They knew what they were doing. They took down limbs in one tree before felling it. The other, they were able to just drop. The trees were fairly large - stumps 3 to 4 feet diameter. It took them about 2.5 hours to fell the trees and clean up. They had a bobcat for moving the heavy parts. They cleaned up everything, all debris. I am very, very happy with their work.

I'll start by saying I am overall happy with the service. They came out and were professional and courteous while doing the job. Pricing was fair and they did what we asked without issue and I would recommend their services if not for a few issues. Where the lower ratings come in are 3 issues we experienced: 1) scheduling. We called them and they came out quickly for a quote, We had to get HOA approval to move forward and after getting he approval, we set a date for Wednesday 2/7 at noon. My wife and I both took the day off, me because she wanted me dealing with them, and her because I am currently hobbled so I needed her to assist with me. Well they did a no call no show on us. I called them that day at 3 pm and was told they were sorry and would call back to re schedule. They did not call but they just showed up the next day and thankfully my wife and myself were home but it very confusing as they did not schedule this with us ahead of time so we almost missed them and had to cancel an appointment for this morning. 2) Cost. We had multiple quotes done for 3 trees to be removed and they all came in around similar enough pricing. Despite the no call no show, we went with Grizzly BECAUSE we receive soo many flyers from them and they happened to have provided us 2, one good to 2/25/24 and the other good through 3/26/2024 both stating there was a promotion for 25% off any service. Comparing their price against the other 2 companies who also had specials on flyers, we went with them specifically because it was a good deal for the amount given for 3 trees, 2 stump grindings, and removal of 8 small privacy bushes that had grown to small tree heights. When it came time to pay up, they told us that they had given us the best offer already so they would not honor the coupons we had in hand. We paid anyways because I am a general contractor and I respect the need to pay your bill when due, but the way they blind sided us at the end was dishonest as this was not the best offer since as I stated, it was equivalent to our quotes from both Naz Tree company as well as Cheap and Great Tree services who in addition also had a 25% off coupon for any job over $1000, which this was. 3) Payment. As stated above, while we were also blind sided by them not honoring the promotion and stating it was because it was already the best deal which it wasn't when compared to 2 other companies, they also were dishonest about payment, My wife had spoken to the gentleman who was out here when they were removing the trees and he had advised that they would send us a link b email for payment options which was good because we wanted to talk to someone else about the promotion they were not honoring. Instead when the next person came out a couple hours later to grind the 2 stumps int he front yard the story changed. We never received the link or the number to call to pay and instead the tree stump grinder wrapped up and stated on the porch that he was waiting for a check. My wife called the guy she had spoken to at our property earlier and he stated that it was not possible to pay over the phone or online which was not what he had advised previously. As I stated we believe in paying our bills so we stroked a check but we were once again barred from discussing the promotion they were now not honoring. We would have gone with one of the other companies we had come out had we known they would do this at the end but we had not way of knowing. The work was performed as expected so I am not upset, but the lack of honoring the coupon costed us an additional $700 over what we expected to pay and over what their competition was quoting for the same work.

The absolute best tree service company in Atlanta!! Hands down. My neighbor and I had a giant tree job done yesterday in Woodstock, 21 trees total. These guys are top-tier, 5 stars all around for Edgar and crew. Give them a call today if you need any tree work done before the weather breaks into spring . I just used Grizzly for the second time during the last 8 months. I had them remove several small trees in my backyard and clear out underbrush. They arrived with a 9 man crew and finished the job in 3 hours. They mulched all of the trees and left the yard in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs involving tree removal!!

I was quite impressed with how quickly and efficiently the service was completed from my initial phone call, their estimate and then the actual tree and stump removal. I called Grizzly Tree Experts on Wednesday, received a return call immediately, then an in- person estimateâ all on the same day! The very next morning , the tree and stump were removed! During the tree removal process, there were several men on the job securing areas and expediently removing the large tree limbs once they were cut. After the job was finished workers even cleaned my patio which was near the tree that was removed. I also appreciated that the owner was accessible and actually personally came to give the free estimate. (I did not know he was the owner at that time.) I will use Grizzly Tree Experts again and would highly recommend Grizzly to others.
